Refund Policy
At WoodWander Manufacturing, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each model is thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the guidelines below.
1. Refunds
We love the products we make and believe you will too. If you are not satisfied with your first package from WoodWander Manufacturing, please let us know. You can return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less return shipping and handling costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order (not the date you placed your order).
Returned items that are not defective may incur a 20% restocking fee, which covers handling and transaction fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please also note that any order cancellations requested before shipping will incur a 10% payment processing fee based on the total retail value of the order.
2. Defective Items
If you report a defective item and we send a return label, but the item is found to be fully functional or damaged upon return, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
If a returned item does not arrive in its original condition, a refund may be denied, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense. If your item does not qualify for a refund, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the item will be properly recycled.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you will need to place a new order for the correct model and request a return of the incorrect model within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
